Water Safety Instructor Course

Candidates focus on strategies to introduce and develop swimming and water safety skills in the Red Cross Program. Candidates are required to complete a 20 hour on-line course and a co-teach (8 hours) during the first 3 weeks of June.

Co-teach dates/times will be assigned on availability upon Enrolling. All teaching assignments in June are between 4:00-8:00pm.

Class/pool hours: June 1, 8, and 15 from 9:00am - 6:00pm. 100% Attendance is mandatory.

Prerequisites: 15 yrs old, ability to perform Red Cross Swim Kids 10 strokes and skills, ONE of Emergency First Aid, Standard First Aid or Bronze Cross

Cost - $390.00.
